Pricing
Prices on the Zotrim shopping page do not include postage and packing. This is added later and you will see the final payment price before you pay for your goods depending on the type of postage you choose and where you are in the world. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
Delivery
Natures Remedies will deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address stated on the order. Availability permitting, please allow up to 10 working days for your goods to be delivered to you. If we are unable to deliver your order in its entirety then we will contact you by email or telephone as soon as possible.
If your order gets lost in the post then we will send a replacement order or issue a full refund. However, you must allow 15 working days after your order has been sent out, for it to be termed 'lost'.
Quotes are available for larger orders overseas.

Returns
Natures Remedies endeavour to supply goods of the highest quality.
We operate a 100% money back guarantee if you are not happy with your order with good reason. Natures Remedies request that customers try a minimum of one pack of 2 x 90 tablets before requesting a refund on grounds of efficacy. You should return your packaging, together with any unfinished tablets and a proof of purchase to PO Box 233, Amersham, Bucks HP6 5JA. Please enclose a letter as to why you are returning your Zotrim.
If the goods delivered to you are damaged or defective, please return them to Natures Remedies within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement order.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations you may return your goods for any reason within 7 days of the day of receiving the goods. Customers are required to pay the cost of postage for returning goods that are not faulty and the product must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging with the seal on the inner container unbroken.
