Helping you to manage your weight
Foreword
Research has shown that Zotrim can help you get back in control of your food intake by helping you eat less. The unique formulation of herb extracts, from Yerba Maté, Guarana and Damiana, works to help you feel full faster, and remain feeling full for longer.
Zotrim is easy to take and is presented in a handy pack of 180 tablets (for up to one month's supply). Simply swallow 2-3 tablets with a glass of water, or other cold drink, a few minutes before meals. No more than 9 tablets should be taken each day. To achieve the best results, use Zotrim for at least 1 month and avoid missing any tablets. Because a healthy weight loss is around 2 lb (1kg) per week, it may take some weeks or months of taking Zotrim to reach your target weight.
Zotrim works to help you eat less, but other aspects such as food type and exercise are also very important. This section will show you how to plan a new lifestyle to complement Zotrim and help you to achieve a long-lasting weight loss.

Introduction
Nearly half of all adults are overweight and this number is growing. The reasons why people gain weight are diverse but boil down to an imbalance between ‘calories in’ and ‘calories out’. While it is tempting to believe that excess body fat is caused by a slow metabolism or genes, for the majority of people this is not the case.
Weight is normally gained over months and years due to a combination of inactivity and sustained overeating. Researchers have estimated that if we ate an extra 100 calories a day (equal to a small portion of margarine), we would put on 1 lb (½ kg) every year. Given how sedentary our lifestyles have become over the past decade, with less physical activity, lots of labour-saving devices and extra TV channels, it is not surprising that many of us eat more energy than we need.
The challenge is turning this around to achieve the body shape and healthy lifestyle we desire.
Why lose weight?
Maybe you are unhappy about your shape or size, or perhaps you have other motives for wanting to lose weight. But there are also good medical and social reasons for doing so as well as long term health benefits.
